According to coverage in the Press of Atlantic City the plaintiffs in separate sexual misconduct lawsuits against an Atlantic city employee have agreed to drop Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. from the complaints, court records show. Both the plaintiff and defense in the cases signed a mutual stipulation of dismissal of Small from the litigation, according to a filing in Atlantic County Superior Court dated mid September.
