Monday night, patrol officers responded to U.S. Route 30 in response to a man who damaged items inside a woman’s residence during an argument. After leaving the residence, the woman followed the suspect onto Route 30. The suspect removed a handgun from a bag and brandished it towards the woman. Officers located 26 year old Dante Cody of Pleasantville as he walked along the roadway. Cody complied with the officer’s commands and was taken into custody. He was found in possession of a loaded handgun and 36 grams of marijuana that was packaged for distribution.
