Second Former Stockton University Employee Files Suit Over COVID Policies

Another former Stockton University employee is suing the school over claims it failed to accommodate religious beliefs in its COVID-19 vaccine policy. The suit was filed on behalf of Sami Doganay, 26-year-old resident of Wharton, Morris County, who worked at Stockton starting in 2021. Stockton declined to comment on the latest suit Wednesday, reports the Press of Atlantic City. The complaint comes after a similar suit was filed on behalf of Kim A. McCabe, who alleges the university denied her accommodation request to forgo the school’s COVID-19 testing and vaccine mandates in 2021.
