Six years behind bars for an Atlantic County man stemming from child porn-related charges. 50-year-old Hector Soto pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and possession of exploitive images of children. The charges stemmed from his contact with a 13-year-old boy in December 2014. Authorities say a search of Soto’s phone found d explicit photos of the victim as well as pictures of other juveniles.
