A “town hall city council meeting” is happening in Cape May, Nov. 2 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the auditorium in City Hall. The Cape May County Herald reports Mayor Zack Mullock said the agenda has not yet been finalized but it will include updates on flood insurance and the joint county and city library project at the Franklin Street School. One citizen used public comment to urge that the town hall agenda deal with all the 2023 projects, among which she singled out the Promenade arches.
