Two North Cape May men face charges after they were caught distributing ecstasy imported from the Netherlands, reports the Press of Atlantic City. 31 year old Jacob Groff and 67 year old Craig Needles were arrested Wednesday after the County Prosecutor’s Office received information from Homeland Security Investigations Atlantic City that Customs and Border Patrol agents at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City had intercepted a package from the Netherlands that was addressed to Groff. The package contained ecstasy pills. Authorities searched Groff and Needles’ residence on Osprey Drive and found 2 ounces of ecstasy, more than a half-ounce of suspected methamphetamine, a .25-caliber semi-automatic handgun, drug paraphernalia, a digital scale, various prescription drugs, electronics and $4,081 in cash.
