A gigantic $33.7 million contract has been awarded to replenish dunes at multiple points between Ocean City and Sea Isle City.Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company of Oak Brook, Illinois, will perform the work, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Philadelphia District said Thursday.The contract calls for the company to dredge more than 1.3 million cubic yards of sand from two borrow areas.
