The Atlantic City Police Department conducted an operation resulting in the arrest of six individuals and the recovery of narcotics. On October 12, 2023, detectives of the Special Investigations Section and the DEA Liberty Mid-Atlantic High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area conducted a street operation throughout Atlantic City. The operation was in regard to continuing quality of life complaints and illegal narcotics distribution and possession. As a result of these efforts, five adults and one juvenile were arrested and charged with numerous narcotics related offenses and several had active warrants for their arrest.
During the arrests, detectives recovered marijuana, heroin and cocaine that was all packaged for distribution. Among those under arrest: 27 year old Taquan Callaway, 26 year old Quashawn Reynolds, and 36 year old Michael McDonel, all of Atlantic City, along with 46 year old Tracy Rollins of Pleasantville and 23 year old Justin O’Neill of Little Egg Harbor.
