Stockton University’s head hockey coach Alan Rhoads was fired earlier this month after being barred from entering the Skate Zone for holding an unauthorized meeting at the facility. City officials this week Rhoads was banned for not following rules and regulations consistent with its use. Rhoads believes he is being “targeted” for being outspoken on the potential closure of the facility.
