In Mays Landing, Atlantic City Electric announced Sunday morning that the union representing its employees opted to strike after the two sides failed to come to an agreement in contract negotiations.The conflict is between Atlantic City Electric and IBEW Local 210, which represents almost 400 employees in a range of positions at the power company.
