This is fun. The Cape May County Zoo welcomed the birth of its first ever female watusi calf Nov. 4 in its African Savanna area. The unnamed calf was born to 8-year-old mom Darla and 4-year-old dad Howie Richard, veterinarian Dr. Alex Ernst said Tuesday in a news release. It is the sixth member of the zoo’s watusi herd, which includes two other steers and a cow.
