A Philadelphia man was arrested after he was found in possession of a gun and drugs Saturday. Police say 28 year old
Tereen Fowler took off from detectives in the 2500 block of Pacific Avenue. Polc e seized 32 individual bags of heroin and more than 15 grams of cocaine from him. Fowler was seen about 3 p.m. in a drug deal with another man, after which detectives converged on him, police said. Fowler ran, dropping a handgun from his waistband during the chase. He attempted to retrieve the gun as the detectives got closer but continued to run. Police said they recovered the gun and apprehended Fowler.
