Cape May City Council has authorized the city’s qualified purchasing agent to establish a competitive procurement for parking management services. The Cape May County Herald reports the goal, Mayor Zack Mullock said after the meeting, is to get better pricing than the city now pays for use of the ParkMobile app. The city is offering a contract for up to five years as an incentive to bidders. In Cape May, the city already has ParkMobile and is familiar with its operation.
