According to the Press of Atlantic City in Atlantic City a candidate challenging the results of the June Democratic primary in Ward 2 can amend her complaint to include voters who say their vote-by-mail ballots were tampered with, a judge decided Monday.That includes Yudi Florian, who said through an interpreter in an earlier court session she never filled out a vote-by-mail ballot for the primary election and never asked anyone else to do so for her.
