Atlantic City School Campus Police

According to the Press of Atlantic City the Atlantic City School District is waiting for word on how much they would have to pay toward a match for a $3.75 million grant to get police on campuses, school board President Shay Steele said Thursday. Steele said there’s no clarity on the financial obligation the board would have. The police union drew attention to the need to get new officers hired after four homicides occurred in the city in the first week of the new year.
