An Atlantic City man was sentenced Thursday to three years in prison for a 2021 incident which police found him with a BB gun, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said. According to the Press of Atlantic CityEmmanuel Diaz, 43, will be ineligible for parole for one year as part of his sentencing on a count of unlawful possession of a BB gun. He also was ordered to forfeit the weapon, the Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.
