City Council of Ocean City unanimously approved an ordinance raising the cost for permits and imposing new limits on where boardwalk musicians can play.Performers will now need a $200 permit and will be kept from the busiest areas of the Boardwalk, limited instead to two performance areas which each include several blocks.Members of the association supported the ordinance unanimously.
