Dorothy McGee Lots

Longport Borough commissioners tabled a resolution Wednesday to accept two lots owned by late borough resident Dorothy McGee. According to the Press of Atlantic City McGee, who died Nov. 18, left the lots to the borough in her will, with the condition that the land be turned into a park. The resolution was tabled because deed restriction language for the properties needed to be developed, said borough Solicitor Michael Affanato, adding the resolutions should be ready by the commissioners’ Feb. 21 meeting.
