A Galloway Township man 25 year old Edward Johnston who struck a parked vehicle last summer, resulting in the death of an 8-year-old boy from Philadelphia, was indicted on a charge of aggravated manslaughter, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday.Javier Velez was killed July 23. .
