In Egg Harbor Township, the Goodwill Store & Donation Center in the Cardiff Plaza Shopping Center caught fire briefly Monday afternoon, police said. Police responded to the store at 6701 Black Horse Pike for a structure fire. Upon arrival, officers saw smoke coming from the building while employees were attempting to evacuate. Area fire crews were called to assist. They were able to contain the flames so the fire didn;t spread to nearby businesses.
