Atlantic City is in the process of figuring out whether a homeless encampment on Brigantine Boulevard is on city property. The Press of Atlantic City reports Licensing and Inspection Code Enforcement, members of the Health and Human Services Department and ACPD officers checked out the situation after being notified of the encampment where there are reportedly a number of structures in the area.
