The Upper Township Committee is set to try again on rules governing short-term rentals, months after scrapping a previous ordinance disliked by neighbors, landlords and renters. According to the Press of Atlantic City, committee members introduced a new ordinance creating limits for short-term rentals in most areas of the township. A public hearing on the ordinance is planned Feb. 26, followed by a final vote. That meeting is set to start at 4:30 p.m. at Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road.
