Ernie Troiano makes his return as mayor of Wildwood. The Press of Atlantic City reports the city has been without a mayor since former Mayor Pete Byron resigned in September. Now, the city is without an administrator and a city attorney. Neither was appointed at the reorganization.Byron resigned under pressure from the state after pleading guilty to federal tax charges over the summer. The deputy mayo will be Steve Mikulski.
