State Police performing a well-being check in Woodbine arrested two people after finding a child living in “deplorable conditions. According to the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, 35 year old Kevin Storms and 64 year old Wanda Storms face endangering the welfare of a child counts and were released on summonses pending court. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
