In Fairfield Township a Pittsgrove man 43 year old Dale Brown faces charges of animal cruelty after multiple dogs were found in poor health in woods outside a property on Fairton-Millville Road about a week ago.Local animal control officials said some of the dogs were lucky to survive. They were seized by authorities and taken to an area animal shelter for care.Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said the incident remains under investigation.
