Members of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, along with many community leaders,
joined Pastor Lou Stragala of Church by the Bay for a local outreach event in Egg Harbor City on
Wednesday February 28th. Over 200 coats in addition to hundreds of other clothing items,
including socks, hygiene bags, hats, gloves, shoes and blankets were distributed to those in need.
The Pic a Lilli Inn of Shamong provided over 235 meals to the hungry, senior citizens and
needy. Superior Court personnel were available to assist with help and information, aiding 7
people who came for expungements, 3 of which were handled on the spot. Hundreds of doses of
naloxone were distributed to save lives by reversing potentially fatal opioid overdoses.
