According to the Press of Atlantic City the Atlantic County Board of Commissioners entered into an agreement Tuesday with two law firms for labor and land use litigation. The county decided to outsource the positions after vacancies went unfilled. The unfilled positions resulted in added work for staff in other departments, county Executive Dennis Levinson said. The firms will be paid no more than $250,000, according to the appointment resolutions.
