The city of Millville is looking to sell its public works warehouse on 15th Street, valued at more than $6 million.The Vice Mayor said there has been interest in the building. The 66,530-square-foot warehouse has active rail service with two rail doors, while a second warehouse is 11,530 square feet with office space. The 10.83-acre property, which was developed in 1991, also features five loading docks.
