AC Man Arrested On Attempted Murder Counts

Atlantic City Police announce he arrest of a suspect wanted for attempted murder of a convenience store employee.
On March 4, 34 year old Francisco Bonilla of Atlantic City was arrested by the members of the Vineland Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit in Vineland. The criminal charges stem from an incident that occurred in Atlantic City on February 3, 2024
At 8:18 AM, patrol officers responded to a convenience store in the 100 block of north Rhode Island Avenue for a report of a stabbing. Officers located an employee of the store who had been stabbed by Bonilla in an unprovoked attack. The victim, 39, was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, with serious, life threatening injuries.
