In Upper Township a large-scale proposal for the Seaville section of the township will be extensively amended before returning to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, an attorney representing the applicant said. This week plans were scheduled be shown to the county commissioners. Plans filed that will change with the township zoning office show a 108-room hotel and 24 residential units proposed for 2069 and 2071 Route 9, where there is currently a wooded property next to a long-standing shopping center, just north of the intersection with Route 50.
