In honor of Black History Month, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office hosted Atlantic
City Council Vice President Kaleem Shabazz and the Coalition for a Safe Community
Chairman Perry Mays to speak to ACPO staff members as part of a new “Leadership Lab”
series. Prosecutor Wiiliam Reynolds developed the Leadership Lab as a means to accelerate
the professional development of the staff by hosting prominent leaders from uniquely skilled
and diverse backgrounds. This series encourages employees’ professional growth by
incorporating leaders speaking on topics and challenges relevant to their leadership practice.
