Two sisters from Atlantic County have been charged with the theft of prescription drugs last year from a medical facility in Monmouth County, reports the Press of Atlantic City. Police say 38 year old Deborah Baskerville of Galloway Township is charged with impersonation under a false identity, unlicensed practice of medicine under a false identity, and theft by deception. 36 year old Shonte Hall of Egg Harbor City is charged with conspiracy to commit theft by deception and conspiracy to commit unlicensed practice of medicine. Police say the theft took place Oct. 31 at Complete Care, a skilled nursing facility in Shrewsbury, where Baskerville was using Hall’s identity and nursing license to work a shift. During that shift, Baskerville took 10 oxycodone pills valued at about $200 from a locked medicine cart and replaced them with allergy pills.
