63 year old Kevin Wilson from New Castle, Delaware has been indicted by an Atlantic County Grand Jury for Aggravated Manslaughter after an investigation revealed that he struck a vehicle resulting in the death of a 36-year-old Vineland
woman on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
The defendant was indicted for first-degree Aggravated Manslaughter by recklessly causing the
death of Ada Roman under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to human life.
On June 24, 2023, at 12:54 A.M., Roman was killed when the vehicle she was a passenger in
was struck by a vehicle driven by Wilson as they entered the Route 54 and Route 40 intersection
in Buena Vista Township. Subsequent investigation revealed Wilson was in a state of intoxication
that impaired his ability to operate a motor vehicle. It was also determined that Wilson was
recklessly speeding and disregarded a red traffic signal when he struck Roman’s vehicle.
