The groundbreaking at the Gerald M. Thornton Veterans Cemetery beautification project will
take place on Tuesday, March 12, at 1 P.M. at the Veterans Cemetery at 127 Crest Haven Road in
Cape May Court House. The public is invited to join the Cape May County Board of County
Commissioner's for this groundbreaking ceremony for phase one entranceway improvements.
Phase one will encompass a series of landscaping improvements and will also include hardscape
features including but not limited to new pathways, walkways, and seating areas to enhance
accessibility and improve navigation to all sections of the cemetery.
