An Upper Deerfield Township man 24 year old Kevin Lucero who allegedly shot and killed a home invader before being arrested for possessing a “ghost gun” , one without a serial number, was released from the Cumberland County jail Friday pending trial. Cumberland County Superior Court Judge Demetrica L. Todd granted Lucero’s release with conditions that he can’t possess a firearm, must check in with court officials twice a month and must undergo mental health treatment, court records show. Lucero is due back in court in April.
