Construction on the City Hall courtyard – soon to be renamed for the late former lieutenant governor – and will result in temporary changes for City Hall visitors starting today, city officials said.According to the Press of Atlantic Citty, half of the main parking lot will be inaccessible during the project, the city said Friday in a news release. Both parking lot entrances along South Carolina Avenue will be closed. City Hall visitors must enter and exit the parking lot along Arctic Avenue.
