In Egg Harbor Township a teenage girl suffered traumatic injuries after she was struck by a tow truck while riding her bicycle on Ocean Heights Avenue late Wednesday afternoon, police said.A 2021 Ford tow truck driven by Francis Kelly, 44, of Atlantic City, was traveling north on Ocean Heights, just south of Blackman Road, when he struck a 15-year-old girl who was riding her bike north in the mid-afternoon.
