There will be a ballot question in November asking city residents whether a 2024 ordinance to expand the cannabis “green zone” to Albany Avenue should be repealed.The “green zone” is where recreational marijuana businesses may be located. An article by the Press of Atlantic City says, “The petitions were submitted timely and reviewed by the City Clerk for sufficiency and found to have met the required number of signatures,” said an April 30 letter from City Clerk Paula Geletei to five people who collected signatures.
