Ocean City To Hold Thursday Press Conference On Memorial Day Stabbing And Other Incidents

Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian plans to discuss measures to protect public safety on the Boardwalk after a chaotic Memorial Day weekend, which included a stabbing that sent a teen to the hospital. According to the Press of Atlantic City, there’s a news conference planned for 4 p.m. Thursday at the Music Pier at Moorlyn Terrace and the Boardwalk, during which police Chief Bill Campbell, Cape May County Commissioner Director Leonard Desiderio and state Assemblyman Antwan McClellan are set to speak.
