Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. and his wife, schools Superintendent La’Quetta Small waived their first court appearance Wednesday. The Press of Atlantic City reports the Smalls are accused of abusing their teenage daughter and are now scheduled to appear in Atlantic County Superior Court on June 17 for a pre-indictment conference.
