Michael John James was in the Atlantic County jail prior to a Wednesday court appearance. Police arrested James on Feb. 27 at his home in the 100 block of Colwick Drive following an investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, Somers Point police, U.S. Office of Homeland Security and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
