A Women’s March in Atlantic City honoring the late Lt. Gov. Sheila Y. Oliver that was postponed in March due to bad weather will take place Saturday, rain or shine, organizers said.This year’s march was dedicated to Oliver for her contributions to the state, advocacy for women’s rights and championing of social justice, organizers said. The march will begin at 10am at South Rhode Island Avenue.
