A resident board member on the Atlantic City Housing Authority who has consistently pushed for more transparency and help for residents has resigned from the board, saying it lacks the competency and compassion needed to serve the residents. According to the Press Of Atlantic City Charmaine Hall said in an email message she sent a letter to Councilman Jesse Kurtz informing him of her decision.
