The rehabilitation of the historic Franklin Street School into Cape May County’s newest library is complete, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. June 13. Prior to the ceremony and dedication, a “Book Brigade” will be held at 1 p.m. at the location of the former library at 110 Ocean St., reenacting the same transfer of books that happened in 1982 when the Ocean Street library was dedicated.
