In Cape May, a patient was treated for injuries after a personal watercraft accident Sunday in Corsons Inlet, city officials said. Firefighters responded to the intracoastal waterway to the west of the city near channel marker 304 at 5:48 p.m., a city spokesperson said Monday in a news release. According to the Press of Atlantic City the adult patient was treated at the scene by firefighters and water rescue crews before being transported to the Corsons Inlet State Park boat ramp with the assistance of the Strathmere Volunteer Fire Company.
