A Mays Landing man was charged with firing a gun on the White Horse Pike, police said. And according to the Press of Atlantic City Desmon Wilson, 23, was charged with multiple weapons offenses.Just before 10:30 p.m. Friday, police were dispatched to the motel corridor for a report of shots fired. Police found evidence that a gun was fired in the area, they said. Police searched for potential victims but found no evidence anyone was struck by the gunfire. After reviewing surveillance football from the vicinity, police identified and arrested Wilson.
