A Philadelphia woman allegedly assaulted a child in a pool, groped his father and then pushed an officer and bit another Monday, reports the Press of Atlantic City. 43 year old Fallan Turner was charged with endangering the welfare of children, two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest with force, criminal sexual contact, failure to allow fingerprinting, two counts of harassment and disorderly conduct.
Witnesses told police Turner grabbed a 10-year-old boy, swung him around a pool and dunked him underwater. When the boy’s father attempted to intervene, she jumped on his back and grabbed him inappropriately.
