A 57-year-old Galloway township woman was arrested on 43 counts of animal neglect after police found two dead adult dogs, a dead adult cat and four dead kittens at her home Monday. Police humane law enforcement officers searched Nancy Santos’ home in the 300 block of Cresson Avenue after officers had received reports of numerous animals living in inhumane conditions, the department said in a news release.Officers rescued seven dogs and 29 cats. The dead cat and dogs were found inside a freezer at the home, police said.
