Egg Harbor Township’s Planning Board voted unanimously Monday to include two parcels of land in the Cardiff redevelopment area, paving the way for Atlantic Shores to potentially develop a substation for its offshore wind farm on four acres along Hingston Avenue. According to the Press of Atlantic City, the two undeveloped lots had been valued at $311,000 combined. Atlantic Shores purchased them in January 2023 for more than $4.3 million.
