A banner outside the Tilton Inn in Egg Harbor Township says the property is under contract to be sold. The Press of Atlantic City reports the restaurant and bar has been for sale since October.
The property was recently assessed at $2,994,600, according to NJ Property Records. The land was assessed at $700,000, while the building was assessed at more than $2.2 million. No word on the conditions of a potential sale.
